YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE USING THIS WEB SITE, OR THE SCRIPTS WHICH CAN BE DOWNLOADED FROM THIS WEB SITE, ALONG WITH ANY ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATION.

YOUR USE OF THE SCRIPTS MEANS THAT YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU SHOULD NOT USE THE SCRIPTS. 1. Notice of Use and Ownership

HC Scripts shall be held harmless in the event of any real or believed disasters, errors, problems, or any other difficulties arising from the use of the scripts and services offered at this website.

These scripts are distributed on an As-Is basis. You may not sell or make money off of them under any condition without proper written consent from HC Scripts. This will be done using the documented procedure below:

1-1. You (the end user) will contact HC Scripts using the documented methods.
1-2. This letter will include exactly what is desired for use, where it will be used, and how profit will be made from it.
1-3. HC Scripts will respond with an answer to the request. He or she may ask for further information, which will be offered up by the end user without question, unless it is believed to be irrelevant.

2. Documented Ownership

You may not remove the copyright notice and terms of use from any script. This will result in a voided license for use and the script may not be used legally. You may not remove any links generated by the script that give credit to HC Scripts.

2-1. Any source code, graphics, or text that can be downloaded from HC Scripts may NOT be distributed by a 3rd party. All source codes, graphics and text must be downloaded directly from HC Scripts unless prior permission from HC Scripts is obtained.

3. Paid Services

Services provided under a fee-basis are bound under the same above stated rules, with the following exceptions:

3-1. Services that are paid for by the end user will never include links, or banners.
3-2. Paid services may solely be used by the paying customer.
3-3. None of the paid services may be distributed in any form.

Violation of these additional terms will also result in immediate removal of use privileges.

4. Spam Policy

We are STRONGLY against SPAM. Any user caught using any of our services or scripts for spamming purposes will be permanently banned from using any service we offer.

5. Responsibilities

HC Scripts, Hosts of HC Scripts, and Affiliates of HC Scripts are not responsible for the content of a user's page who is using our services, though we will make reasonable attempts to seek out these problems and handle them.

6. Violations

Any violation of these rules will result in immediate banning from HC Scripts.

7. User Understanding

By using or downloading any service or script from HC Scripts you, the user, agree to the above stated Terms of Use.

8. Amendments

This agreement is subject to change without notification.
